Usually we see M&M’s inside of cookies, but what if we put the cookies inside the M&M’s?

Now if you’re thinking these sound pretty similar to Crispy M&M’s, you’re not wrong…

And if you completely convince yourself ahead of time that these are going to taste exactly like Crispy M&M’s, then you’ll probably say they do taste exactly like Crispy M&M’s.

But I got news for you…

They ARE different, and they ARE better.

While the core of both is rice flour, here’s the best way I can describe the difference: The inside of Crispy M&M’s only adds texture, while the inside of Crunchy Cookie M&M’s adds a bit of flavor. I get subtle brown sugar notes and almost a malty flavor with the Crunchy Cookie M&M’s. I can draw comparison’s to the Keebler Chips Deluxe that are made with M&M candies.

Now with that being said, I don’t think I have space in my life for both Crispy M&M’s and Crunchy Cookie M&M’s to exist simultaneously. We spent so much time convincing Mars to bring back Crispy M&M’s and when they finally did seven years ago, I bought a pack for the nostalgia factor. I haven’t bought any since, but I’ve already bought several more bags of Crunchy Cookie M&M’s.

It feels like the Crispy M&M’s have finally evolved, and their better form is Crunchy Cookie.

2. Why didn’t they just put cookies inside? Idk, sounds hard.
3. What about cookie dough? Salmonella M&M’s!
