Since those Thanksgiving Dinner Pringles sold out in about 8 seconds, here’s your yearly that Trader Joe’s Turkey and Stuffing Seasoned Kettle Chips are back and you should go buy a million bags!
Look, it doesn’t matter what I say about these Trader Joe’s Turkey and Stuffing Seasoned Kettle Chips. You’re going to buy them no matter what they taste like.
For you see, friends, Trader Joe once again has us by the balls (or lady-balls) on this one. He took kettle cooked potato chips and seasoned them with an entire holiday that’s specifically designed as an excuse for us to consume 10,000 calories in one meal. Thanksgiving is everybody’s favorite food holiday, and for good reason.
Trader Joe’s Turkey and Stuffing Seasoned Kettle Chips were JUST released, and the entire display had already been ravaged. I was lucky to grab one of the last two bags.
Thanksgiving-seasoned chips aren’t entirely new. I reviewed Boulder Canyon Turkey & Gravy chips (which were decent) and Boulder Canyon Pumpkin Pie chips (which were not decent). But Trader Joe’s felt we needed more carbs so he tossed stuffing into the mix.
And since our Thanksgiving plates are usually just a heaping pile of everything all at once, I’m hoping these chips taste exactly like that. After all, the package boasts “all the flavors of Thanksgiving in each potato chip.”
In an apparent oversight, though, Trader Joe’s forgot to add cranberry sauce, candied yams, and the Taco Bell leftovers from when I got too drunk on Thanksgiving Eve.
I’ll forgive him though, because these chips are the literal tits.
Trader Joe’s Turkey and Stuffing Seasoned Kettle Chips are one fine savory chip – herbs galore with a nice black pepper backdrop. The seasoning uses salt, onion powder, celery, parsley, sage, and thyme. I also get a fair amount of onion power along with that medley of green herbs.
These are absurdly delicious. There’s damn fine crunch and while there’s a lot of grease, it’s almost like eating crispy seasoned turkey skin.
Through it all, the flavors are blended together elegantly with a creamy mouthfeel as if these were swimming in turkey gravy. I also appreciate that these retain a great “potato-y” flavor, so we’ve got the Thanksgiving mashed potatoes covered too.
That heaping bowl pictured above disappeared in a heartbeat. The rest of the bag doesn’t stand a chance in the presence of this disgusting food blogger.
My only minor criticism is that I could stand for a bit more salt. One serving only has 5% of my daily sodium – we can do better than that. But because I’m not even trying anymore at this point, I sprinkled some Himalayan Pink Salt Crystals on these and it took them to entirely new heights. I can’t recall a chip in recent memory than I enjoy as much as these Trader Joe’s Turkey and Stuffing Seasoned Kettle Chips.
If you love Thanksgiving or just being an actual garbage dumpster like me, you do not want to pass on these chips.

I ate these chips with my eggs and sausage this morning because I didn’t feel like making breakfast potatoes. They were amazing. Someone help me please.
Maybe I would have had some for breakfast too if I didn’t eat all of them yesterday.
