Some things don’t require a review; they just need to be eaten.
Milk Chocolate M&M’s Minis Cookie Dough
Take this Milk Chocolate M&M’s Minis Cookie Dough, for instance. Perfect example.
It’s just a chocolate chip cookie with M&M’s.
You KNOW it’s just a chocolate chip cookie with M&M’s…
But you’re going to buy it anyway.
I mean, how could you not? The package basically grabs you by your M&M’s Minis as it looks like an enormous pack of M&M’s when you’re walking through the refrigerated cookie dough aisle. A look under the hood also reveals that it’s Nestle Toll House cookie dough, which further cements the fact that you’re going to buy this very, very unimaginative cookie dough.
And that’s okay! Because it just needs to be eaten.
Except when it’s raw… the package says you’re not supposed to eat it raw.
The raw cookie dough tastes good because it’s chocolate chip cookie dough crusted with M&M’s Minis.
Somewhat disappointing, however, is that the Minis are only on the tops and sides of the cookie dough and not folded within/throughout.
But that’s okay too, because you’re still eating M&M’s and chocolate chip cookie dough at the same time
If you want to abide by the Cookie Police, you can bake them and eat them as well.
This produces baked chocolate chip cookies with M&M’s Minis.
I found that they taste good… like baked chocolate chip cookies with M&M’s Minis. You probably have a friend that makes a similar recipe every Christmas, which is pretty cool because it completely eliminates the need for you to be friends with that person. No matter if they make them from scratch or start with store-bought cookie dough, their cookies taste exactly like these cookies.
At the end of the day, Milk Chocolate M&M’s Minis Cookie Dough tastes like Milk Chocolate M&M’s Minis cookie dough.
I just wanted you to know this exists so you can eat it.
Burning Questions:
- This review wasn’t very descriptive. It doesn’t need to be.
- Is the cookie dough actually good? It’s fine.
- You don’t sound very excited. I’m not, but I ate the whole pack anyway.

It’s about time, to be honest. Pillsbury and Hersheys have been collaborating on break-and-bake for ages. Finally Nestle and Mars get it together.
